Connie joined the ebs family in August of 2012 where her success has continued to soar.  Connie's background entails full-cycle recruiting for nationally leading firms where she placed candidates in financial, engineering and professional services positions.  Her knack for providing exceptional assistance to candidates and clients has been crucial to her success.

In 2017, Connie transitioned to a Marketing Specialist role and was then promoted to Office Manager in 2019.  Connie wears many hats as our Office Manager.  Her responsibilities include: processing weekly payroll, assisting with various inquiries and ensuring the office runs smoothly on a daily basis, building and maintaining the company website, managing various social network outlets, creating and preparing ebs marketing material and planning special company events and career fairs.
