Long-Term Assignment


  • Source candidates via existing databases, internet searches, cold calling, referrals, networking, direct recruiting, job boards and social media outlets. 
  • Review resumes and conduct phone screens. 
  • Communicate with candidates regarding status, progress, etc. 
  • Collaborate with hiring teams throughout candidate recruitment process.
  • Complete additional tasks and projects as assigned. 


  • Bachelor’s OR H.S. Diploma with 2+ years recruiting experience.
  • 1+ years recruiting/sourcing and conducting Boolean searches. 
  • 1+ year experience cold calling preferred.
