  • Conduct full lifecycle recruitment.
  • Build candidate pipeline.
  • Conduct interviews, summarize results and recommend next steps.
  • Consult with management to recommend and identify most qualified applicants.
  • Perform compensation analysis and prepare offer packages.
  • Use social media, networking and diversity initiatives to meet goals and growth strategies.


  • Bachelor’s in Business, HR or related field. 
  • 3+ years of full lifecycle recruitment experience (high volume, fast paced environment preferred).
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, internet and various Applicant Tracking Systems and HRIS applications. 
  • Healthcare experience preferred.
