  • Assist Sales Directors in creating and communicating our go-to-market strategy, approach and status within Spartan.
  • Manage understanding of evolving powertrain, driveline, and structural application segment as the industry continuously transitions into lighter designs.
  • Identify target markets according to overall business goals.
  • Maintain current knowledge of current markets and forecast  based on trends.
  • Succinctly define and develop the Spartan brand through various media.
  • Coordinate market research and Voice of Customer (VOC) studies and analyzes findings. 
  • Maintain artwork files, photo files and sales tools library. 



  • BS in Marketing, Communications or related degree.
  • 5+ years' experience in B2B marketing and related activities.
  • Master Degree and experience in a high volume manufacturing environment preferred.
  • Computer software knowledge required to perform duties: MS Office PowerPoint, Word, and Excel; Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator, video creation software.
  • Ability to graphically design/layout both internal and external communication pieces – not at a graphic designer level but at a marketing professional level.
