Customer Service Coordinator (3165)

Salary:

Responsibilities:

  • Interact with customers via telephone, email and in person responding to any and all inquiries. 
  • Answering center telephones and handle customer requests.  Process requests and route calls to the appropriate person.
  • Maintain security access control database and coordinate security processes for associates.
  • Work with customers on defining requests with required information in database to handle daily customer and associate inquiries.
  • Coordinate workflow tasks on a day to day basis.  Monitor and report customer services issues to management.
  • Maintain the parking badge accesses for associates, work with the landlord to ensure accuracy. 
  • Log visitors and contact associates for directions.

 

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ years of experience in a customer service-related position
  • Must have excellent customer service skills (good writing skills, good phone etiquette, able to multi-task, set priorities and be detail oriented)
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
