  • Evaluate all jobs throughout the company.
  • Review offers and one-time payments to ensure compliance.
  • Oversee corporate merit increases, bonus plan and other comp plans.
  • Respond to compensation inquiries.
  • Evaluate existing comp programs and recommend improvements.
  • Evaluate, analyze, audit and maintain compensation data within the HRIS system.
  • Perform various analyses and create reports.
  • Maintain compensation documents and agreements.
  • Respond to compensation surveys.



  • Bachelor’s in Business, HR or related field. 
  • 2+ years HR, compensation, finance or data analysis experience. 
  • Strong analytical and Excel skills required.
