  • Responsible for general accounting matters, including payroll, prepaids, accrued liabilities, insurance, fixed assets, benefits and debt.
  • Manage timely and accurate reconciliation of general ledger accounts.
  • Manage intercompany transactions and account reconciliations as well as investment transactions and related accounts.
  • Record, track, and manage accounting of the corporate fixed assets.
  • Reconcile consolidated corporate financial statements and roll-forwards on a monthly and quarterly basis.
  • Budgeting of centralized corporate expenses.
  • Assist with the review and maintenance of Sarbanes-Oxley controls.
  • Interface with auditors to prepare schedules, provide explanations of supporting materials and procedures; preparing any other data as required.
  • Assist with running routine procedures in the consolidations software.
  • Participate in special projects as assigned.



  • BS/MS in Accounting
  • CPA strongly preferred
  • 2-4 years relevant experience
  • Public accounting experience preferred
  • General ledger accounting background; knowledge of consolidations and monthly closings
  • High energy self-starter; able to easily prioritize work in a fast paced environment
  • Superior interpersonal abilities; able to work well with employees across all levels and departments
  • Experience with J.D. Edwards and a consolidation software preferred
