  • Serve as an expert in the areas of talent management, organization effectiveness, employee relations, compensation and benefits, process improvement, talent acquisition, and human resource information systems.
  • Hire, train, manage and evaluate performance, conduct professional development plans.  
  • Analyze various HR metrics and implement plans and processes to address business unit issues. 
  • Manage large projects across multiple business units.
  • Develop and adhere to departmental expense budgets.  
  • Partner with senior leadership to mange complex issues including compliance, employee relations, legal, compensation, benefits, talent acquisition and organizational development and effectiveness.  
  • Apply strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate and collaborate with employees at all levels of the organization.  



  • 10 years related Human Resources experience 
  • 2-5 years supervisory experience
  • Bachelors Degree in Human Resources related field
  • Masters Degree preferred
  • PHR or SPHR certification preferred
