  • Assist with the strategic planning and implementation of business initiatives while implementing short and long-term talent strategies.
  • Create and implement change management strategies.

  • Bachelor's with 10+ years related HR experience; Advanced degree and senior HR certification a plus.
  • Leadership experience strongly preferred.
  • Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills.

  • Ability to influence and coach senior leaders.
