Recruiting Coordinator (2628)

  • Proactively and creatively source candidates through various mediums.
  • Build database of leads and maintain relationships with potential candidates.
  • Collaborate with leadership team; develop new recruiting strategies and best practices for hard to fill positions.
  • Screen potential candidates (via phone and in person).
  • Facilitate communication between candidates and leadership.
  • Guide candidates through interview process.
  • Manage all job postings and applicant tracking system, including reporting on various recruiting metrics.
  • Attend and assist with college recruiting fairs; network at various local events.
  • Manage internal referral program.
  • Complete additional projects as assigned.



  • 1-3 years of high volume, full cycle recruiting experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel
  • Extremely organized, highly motivated, self-reliant, proactive, and detail oriented
