Financial Analyst, Compensation (5007)

  • Calculate monthly/quarterly/annual payout of incentive compensation.
  • Perform analysis on requested changes/additions to compensation plans.
  • Manage compensation plan documentation.
  • Generate & distribute monthly reports to plan participants and Regional Vice Presidents.
  • Perform system maintenance as needed.  
  • Analyze system needs and recommend upgrades.
  • Field questions from management and employees regarding overall compensation plans and payouts.


  • 1-3 years experience in incentive compensation analysis preferred.
  • Experience in compensation processes across a large multi-state organization is helpful.
  • Excellent customer service/ client facing skills are a must.
  • Detail Oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, vlookups, imbedded if/then formulas) helpful.
  • Experience with PowerPoint and relational databases a plus.
