  • Performs a variety of administrative functions related to the hiring, retention and departure of the Firm’s employees, including but not limited to, new hire on-boarding.
  • Maintains Preparis, the  alert center database. 
  • Administers harassment prevention training programs Firm-wide.
  • Manages all employment verification requests in accordance with the Firm’s established policies and procedures.
  • Responsible for paper and electronic employee personnel file creation and maintenance.
  • Ensures timely completion of salary surveys.
  • Conducts research, compiles information, and presents suggestions regarding compliance concerns and other relevant issues, as requested.
  • Works with the Manager of Human Resources to coordinate all aspects of the annual Service Awards luncheon.


  • Must possess analytical skills and the ability to apply logic to complex situations.
  • Must be a self-starter and originate action.
  • Must have ability to reason and apply common-sense understanding to situations encountered.
  • Must possess a high level of professionalism and interpersonal skills.
  • Uses appropriate interpersonal styles and methods to guide individuals or groups toward achieving results. 
  • Ability to work overtime as needed.
