Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and organize meetings, conferences and department activities.
  • Answer incoming phone calls.
  • Create, type, proof and deliver letters, presentations, proposals, customer questionnaires, sales materials and reports.
  • Maintain files. 
  • Scribe meeting minutes.
  • Greet visitors.Input data and prepare reports as requested.

Qualifications:

  • Associate's in Administration preferred.
  • 2 years related experience in a fast-moving environment. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.  
  • Proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint; Access and Graphics skills a plus.
  • Outstanding organizational and administrative skills.
  • Must be adaptable and a quick learner.
