Responsibilities:

  • Completes administrative responsibilities for HR.
  • Facilitates recruitment, posting jobs, screening applicants, employment verification, background investigation, etc.
  • Conducts new hire orientation, processes terminations and handles promotions.
  • Ensures time reporting is accurate and maintains personnel records.
  • Manages workers compensation claims.
  • Works to ensure compliance with local, state and federal laws.
  • Files required monthly, quarterly or yearly reports as per labor law requirements.
  • Conducts employee exits and interviews and also facilitates annual reviews.
  • Handles benefits administration and updates handbooks.
