  • Represent the company in employee legal challenges, workers compensation claims, unemployment insurance claims and HR compliance charges
  • Assist in the development and implementation of policies and procedures and their dissemination through employee booklets, communications, and/or meetings 
  • Provide human resources support.
  • Provide coaching to supervisors in resolution of personnel problems and discipline.
  • Review performance and compensation related forms to mitigate potential risks


  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources or related field. 
  • 4+ years of human resources experience.
  • Experience working with executive leadership.
  • Experience serving as an HR Business partner/consultant.
