Salary:

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage TA projects.
  • Recruit, hire and support the training and development of recruiters.
  • Assist in creating recruiting strategies. 
  • Identify best practices and incorporate them into standard P&Ps. 
  • Review and develop metrics to better understand performance and opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's required; MBA preferred (HR preferred). 
  • PHR/SPHR certification preferred.
  • 5+ years corporate recruiting experience within a larger company.
  • 3-5 years experience in an agency setting preferred. 
  • Previous experience leading recruiters.
