Client Services Manager (email)
Kathy has 12 years' experience working in the staffing industry. She worked for a national recruiting firm for 5 years before joining ebs in 2004. Kathy enjoys matching candidates with positions in Accounting, Finance, HR and Supply Chain.
Kathy's secret to a great placement is matching both the skill set and the soft skills – personality, work ethic, drive, motivation – with those of the employer. Kathy is happy to work on a permanent search or help augment your current staff with temporary employees.
The Great Recession taught her to love what you do, keep your standards high and stay in touch – a solid work ethic and good communication can get you through tough times.
